01 · Featured projects

See what builders from earlier cohorts brought to life.

Cohort 2 · ArmOverfit and Underused

Pickerbot Advanced

A smart kitting robot that assembles project-ready electronics kits from assorted components against an expected bill of quantities, using a VLA model to locate items and recover from missed drops on an SO-101.

Cohort 2 · RoverAlmost Alive LABS

Rocky

A robot you talk to and message like a person. Rocky drives himself around a room rebuilt as a Cyberwave digital twin, answers on voice and Discord with one shared memory, and every night a Cyberwave workflow reviews the day and decides which memories to keep.

Cohort 2 · ArmImperfect Form

Imperfect Form

An AI fitness coach that watches your exercise through the camera with in-browser MoveNet, spots the mistake in a bad rep, and has an SO-101 named Coach physically demonstrate the correction so you can try again. Video never leaves the device.

Cohort 1 · RoverRisorse Artificiali

Jupyter Rover

A collective learning catalog of 35 self-contained Jupyter notebooks for the UGV Beast — from camera calibration and AprilTag localization to YOLOv8 obstacle detection, autonomous patrol, a VLA pipeline, and self-building digital twins.

Cohort 1 · ArmBostonX

Napkin Folding with SO-101

A VLA-driven cloth manipulation system that automates napkin folding with dual SO-101 leader-follower arms. Teleop demonstrations are collected, cleaned, and used to train a SmolVLA policy for repeatable cloth handling.

Cohort 1 · RoverOguzhan Kirik

Roamie

A UGV rover that watches over plants while their owner is away. Streams camera frames through the Cyberwave SDK, localises with ORB-SLAM3, and triggers a VLM-based Cyberwave AI workflow at each plant to assess its health.
